What is Energy Psychology?

Energy Psychology is the use of the body’s energy system to help clear emotional problems. Energy Psychology has many names: Thought Field Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as Tapping Techniques), Meridian Therapy and many other names. These techniques create an effective mind/body therapy for individuals and have been called therapeutic “Power Tools.”

He specializes in helping people with phobias, traumas and addictions. Since 1995 he has been sharing his knowledge of Energy Psychology through conferences, workshops, and public demonstrations.
